Jumbo polybags and large polythene covers are heavy-duty LDPE bags manufactured for oversized industrial goods, equipment, machinery and bulk materials that cannot be accommodated by standard bag sizes. Our jumbo polybags and polythene covers are manufactured in custom dimensions — from extra-large bags for palletised goods to full machine covers several metres wide. Gusseted, flat and tubular formats are available. Thickness ranges from 50 microns to 250+ microns depending on weight-bearing and protection requirements. Custom printing with statutory information and product branding can be added. Standard polythene bags cannot accommodate large industrial products such as machine components, steel structures, rolled goods, large castings and oversized packaging. Jumbo polybags are fabricated specifically to these requirements — welded from LDPE sheeting in custom widths from 50 to 100+ inches, any length and with or without gussets.

We supply jumbo polybags from 50 microns (government minimum) to 250+ microns depending on the weight and nature of the contents. Open-mouth and heat-seal top closures are available. Gusseted configurations are also offered for improved fit around irregular shapes.
