Polythene sheet rolls — also called flat film rolls or polythene flat sheets — are continuous rolls of LDPE or HDPE plastic film used for wrapping, lining, covering, construction damp-proofing and agricultural mulching. We manufacture polythene sheet rolls in LDPE (low density polyethylene) for flexible, general-purpose applications and in HDPE (high density polyethylene) for applications requiring higher strength and chemical resistance. Widths from 12 inches to 200+ inches are available in custom thicknesses (from 50 microns to 500+ microns) and roll lengths. Black, clear and coloured films are available. Our polythene sheet rolls are used for damp-proof membranes in construction, greenhouse films, pond liners, industrial floor protection, and a wide range of wrapping and covering applications.

Our LDPE polythene sheet rolls are produced on high-capacity blown film extrusion lines, ensuring uniform thickness and consistent clarity across the entire roll width. We supply in flat sheet form or as lay-flat rolls, cut to any specified length or wound to any specified roll weight.

Common applications include floor and surface protection in industrial facilities, machinery and equipment covering, construction site protection, pharmaceutical clean room lining, warehouse covering and industrial wrapping. Custom slit widths and thicknesses are produced to order.
