Shrink film is a heat-shrinkable LDPE plastic film that, when wrapped around a product and exposed to heat, contracts tightly around the item to form a conforming protective seal. LDPE shrink film is used across industries for bundling, multi-packing and tamper-evident packaging of goods including beverages, dairy, consumer products, industrial components and construction materials. Our shrink film is available in clear and printed variants, in roll widths from 12 inches to 60+ inches, in thicknesses calibrated for the required shrink ratio and clarity. We supply shrink film for both hand-wrapping (with a heat gun) and machine-wrapping (on automatic shrink tunnels) applications.

Our LDPE shrink film is ideal for bundling, unitising and protecting industrial goods during transit and storage. When heat is applied using a heat gun or shrink tunnel, the film contracts uniformly to conform tightly to the product surface. We recommend approximately 100 microns thickness for best shrinking properties and reliable performance, though thinner films from 50 microns can also be produced.

LDPE shrink film is supplied in flat rolls in custom widths. It is widely used for pallet top sheeting, industrial bundling, machine wrapping and product protection. Custom roll widths and lengths are available on bulk orders.
